QUEENSSENTIAL
Founded in 2012 by Siblings Gezekiel, Gabriel and Glyssa Perez, Queenssential is the first ever pageant training school for girls ages 6 to 28 in Australia, where our pageant foundation will also make you an impactful leader!
We offer hands-on training in all areas of pageantry, and daily life. We’ll level up your makeup, hair, and communication skills, polish up your poise and posture, customize your wardrobe and get you confidently ready for your next big event.
We currently have our Queenssential facility in Sydney, Australia!

To empower women and provide the right tools and motivation to find their true selves and transform their everyday lives and show them the entirety of their full potential.
VISION
Queenssential is committed to empowering and educating traditional values and ethics. We envision a Universe in which every women, across different cultures, beliefs and backgrounds can become their best version of themselves through hands-on training in pageantry and modelling. Queenssential will be world renown with the impactful and inspirational women.
Gabriel is an educator, creative director, qualified image specialist and an LGBTQIA+ advocate. This seasoned industry professional has extensive experience in the fashion and pageant arena. He has directed fashion shows for luxury brands like Chanel, Sass & Bide, Dion Lee, Song for the Mute, Akira Isogawa and has worked closely with AFW NextGen and MYER.
He also does regular editorial shoots and his work has been featured in media outlets like Vogue, GQ, Sunday telegraph and SBS. Gabriel has a bachelor's degree in marketing and completed his master's in design.
Glyssa is a multi-crowned titleholder with 10 titles under her belt and the recipient of 22 special awards. She is Miss World Philippines-Tourism 2019 and the very first titleholder of Beauty with a Purpose from the Philippines.
She is a breast cancer advocate with a bachelor's degree in finance and public relations chairman for the Philippines breast cancer foundation inc. (Kasuso). She heavily promotes this cause worldwide. She is a Humanitarian, Educator, Host and Spokesperson for Breast Cancer Awareness.
OUR FOUNDERS
Gezekiel is an Author of "Motivational without the Hype" and has been a Motivational Speaker since he was 18 years of age. He is also a HBDI Practitioner, Master Coach through Life & Leadership, Certified Professional (DISC, Emotional Intelligence & Motivators). Extensive background on Projects & IT.
He has been featured in many media outlets. Also, he has partnered & worked with world-renowned organisations such as Vodafone, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Zurich & Suncorp. Coached high-performing leaders in the Investment & Real Estate Industry.s.
